Delivery costs a flat rate of £9.95 with FREE DELIVERY on orders over £250.

Online Purchase Returns

If you are not satisfied with what you have bought from us and let us know within seven days of the receipt of your goods, we will give you a refund, as long as the products are returned within 10 days of receipt.

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, we will replace the product straight away. We must be notified of damages to any items within 5 days of receipt.

Please notify us of any returns by emailing lighting@live.co.uk before the goods have been sent back to us. We are not responsible for postage costs.

It is the responsibility of you, the customer, to ensure that all products are returned in their original packing and in their original sale condition.
Once a delivery date is quoted, any failed or missing deliveries must be reported within 14 days of the quoted delivery due date.

Please note there is a handling charge on returns.

In-store Purchase Returns

We offer a two-day approval system on any item purchased in our store. Your purchases can be returned within two working days if you wish to qualify for a full refund. If an item is returned after this period, then it may be exchanged or a credit note will be given.
Special orders are non-refundable.
All of our products have a 12-month Guarantee apart from any lamps or light bulbs, which have no guarantee.
